I am writing to commend the outstanding service in “Ferrari World - Driving Experience “during my recent visit. Every staff member I encountered was extremely polite and friendly, creating a welcoming experience. The store manager “Namanicole” stood out with his enthusiasm and dedication to customer communication, fully meeting my expectations. I am thrilled Ferrari has such talented employees. I plan to purchase a supercar in Hong Kong next year, considering the Ferrari Roma Spider or Porsche 911. Thanks to the manager’s assistance with a driving experience and detailed introduction, I have ruled out the 911 and chosen the Roma Spider. I took a passenger and a driving. Both are so well. Instructor will teach you the knowledge you should know then drive. Passenger one, the instructor will show you how well is the car it is. All the Ferrari fans should take it a try.
